After receiving a Masters in Accountancy from Southern Utah University in 2000, Jared moved to Las Vegas and began work with Arthur Andersen LLP as a tax accountant. While there, Jared enjoyed the benefits of excellent training and opportunities to work on diverse tax projects ranging from medium sized business to gaming establishments on the Strip. After a couple of years, Jared took the opportunity to gain employment with another international firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he worked on a wide variety of tax compliance and consultation. When Jared joined O'Bannon Wallace Neumann & Verville LLP in 2004, he was able to expand his tax experience of large companies to those of small business owners.

Jared and his family enjoy Las Vegas and plan to live here for a long time, especially since they love the warm weather (coming from Wyoming and Idaho). Jared loves to get out and golf and spend time with his family.
