Jason has seventeen years experience in tax planning, consulting and preparation. Jason spent seven years with the international accounting firm of Arthur Anderson and left there in 1996 as a tax manager. Jason specializes in closely held entities (S corporations, partnerships and LLCs) and individuals including an emphasis in real estate consulting and transactional analysis. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Arizona State University, and is a member of the AICPA and Nevada Society of CPAs.
